While sitting at the nurse's station, I suddenly heard someone singing. I walked towards the room where the singing was coming from and observed Diana singing to her patient. It was so beautiful to witness her singing and holding the patient's hand. The joy on the patient's face was priceless. Her gesture was so unexpected but served as a reminder of what compassionate care is truly about. The patient responded to Diana by singing as well, and it turns out he once was an opera singer. It was an amazing act of kindness and warmed my heart to witness this.
