From the first time Diane came into my room she showed genuine concern for both myself and newborn son. I was very impressed with the time she took to explain everything to me and my husband.
As first-time parents, the whole experience was a little overwhelming and scary. Diane was always available to answer our questions and was incredibly compassionate and gentle. We were fortunate to have her each day of our stay here at the hospital. Diane is so incredibly knowledgeable and was able to educate us on everything, you name it, Diane knew. She was able to help us with it!
The day we were released is the day that she really stood up and advocated for us. Diane was so considerate knowing we really wanted to go home and made sure everything was ready. While we were waiting for the provider, Diane came to check on us many times and was very empathetic. She even went as far as to call the provider to have him come in and release us. Diane stayed with us throughout the whole discharge process and walked us out to the car to check the car seat before giving us all a hug goodbye.
