Ms. Dihuyen Ho's professionalism, knowledge, advocacy, and compassionate sensitive care make her an asset to the team. Two examples describe her daily work ethic where she goes above and beyond in care for our veterans. A patient was crying in pain, although this was not her assigned patient, she took the time to calm him down and problem solve his medication needs. The patient was so appreciative of the timely care he received that he gave a verbal commendation to the Charge Nurse. Another example of her outstanding care is how she went out of her way to secure needed resources for a patient. The patient thanked her several times during the day. He stated, "I thought I didn't have a voice or any say here, but she listened to me and cared for me so well."
