I would like to nominate Mrs. Hartman. Mrs. Hartman made my first-ever clinical experience one I will never forget. Her kindness, patience with each student, and her ability to let you know she has got your back will always stick with me. I have now moved on to be placed with another GREAT clinical instructor, but I still reach out to Mrs. Hartman when I need to. She lets me know she will remain there for me, and for that, I will always be thankful for her. She really deserves this award. She shines on the floor and in the classroom. Her work ethic and character are that of a prudent nurse and excellent instructor. I hope everyone gets to experience a day on clinical with her!
