Donna consistently displays kindness, patience, and enthusiasm with her patients and co-workers. She goes out of her way to mentor not only new staff, but takes extra time to "get to know" her patients to better anticipate their needs. Her easy smile, kind eyes, and gentle ways provide a sense of security, trust, and respect to her patients. They often refer to her by name weeks after she has provided care for them/family.
