As a pastor, I am in and out of the hospitals a lot. I know the anxiety that accompanies any hospital stay but particularly the control and trust put into the hands of their provider and the hospital staff.
From the moment Donna took us from the entrance area to the surgical ward, she instantly put us at ease. Her smile and chatty manner just made you forget why you were there.
At one point the surgical nurse came into the room and said, "you guys are just having too much fun." Even though it was an outpatient surgery, I want to commend all of the staff for their care and compassion that was given to me and my husband. Thanks, Donna for making us laugh in the process of keeping us well informed.
