Dustin always does a great job taking care of his patients. He always answers all their questions and fulfills any needs they may have. He is a great role model. As a PCA, he is the greatest nurses you will ever meet. Whenever I have questions about anything he is someone I can go to. He will answer my questions and go beyond by showing me how something works or explain a procedure to me. Also, he doesn't teach you how to do things "his" way he shows you the proper way things are supposed to work and doesn't ever cut corners to make something simpler. This is exactly the type of nurse you need when you are trying to learn how to be a nurse. He is willing to teach you things and walk you through every step of what he is doing with a patient. Dustin also always helps out his fellow nurses and makes sure that all their needs are met. This can be as little as running to get something from the supply room or helping with a challenging admission or procedure. Not only is he someone you can learn great things from, Dustin is also always positive and optimistic. He never has negative things to say and he'll even try to help you see things positively if you're having a rough day. I am truly honored I get to work with such a great nurse.

Our nurse always speaks to our special needs son like he's a valued human being, smiling at him and being gentle and reassuring. He helped make our stay and discharge comfortable. He is an awesome nurse!
