I would like to commend one of your LPNs from the float pool, Ebony Donovan, for outstanding work in my Dermatology practice. She has been with us for several weeks now, and I and my entire staff are impressed by her positive attitude, her willingness to help in any way, and her eagerness to learn. She has been a valuable addition to our team.
Today she went above and beyond the normal call of duty to comfort a surgical patient who had a significant skin cancer treated in the office. Without Ebony's comfort and kind words and encouragement for this patient, it would have been a very difficult procedure. The patient came in nervous, scared, and very concerned, and she left with a smile. While our whole team participated in her care, it was Ebony's positive influence that was largely responsible.
Thank you for allowing her to serve my practice for as long as she has. She is a skilled nursing with a bright future.
