Elaine cared for a patient getting a Hip Replacement surgery. She made the patient and the whole family feel at ease. She was friendly and kind. She willingly answered all questions we had. When she didn't know an answer, she kindly found the answer for us. She overheard a family member say they liked crossword puzzles and brought a newspaper with a crossword puzzle into the waiting room. She took down multiple family members' cell numbers to personally contact them for any updates or completion.
