Elaine treated my adult son, who has developmental disabilities, with care, kindness, and respect. She also addressed my needs as his mom and primary caretaker. Elaine provided care and comfort to me, so I was able to be his advocate and caretaker during this unexpected hospitalization.

Elaine kept reassessing his symptoms and reassuring him that he was going to feel better soon. She frequently asked him how he was feeling and if he needed anything.  Elaine and all the staff on A4 asked him questions directly and included him in all care planning on his developmental level. She treated him with care, kindness, and respect.
