Eleni welcomed me so warmly when I first entered my room. She acted like I was a worthy individual and respected my unique needs. She immediately found out what I needed and got right on fulfilling those needs. She talked softly and comfortingly to me, which put my heart and me at ease. She asked me about my hobbies to get me thinking positively. She was knowledgeable and saw what the Doctors wanted. She went over and above to care for me. I felt loved as a human being, which lowered my heart rate. She is sharp, knows many procedures, and was always double-checking the Doctors' orders. She put me ahead of herself. She was even nice to my daughter and showed concern and respect toward her. Eleni went above and beyond all others. She is an example of your Allina Mission statement and should be recognized highly and rewarded. She should teach others how to be caring and efficient. She, again, put my HEART at ease.
