The ED has been receiving help from ICUs/floors while carrying large amounts of boarders. Most of the time it is very stressful for these nurses to come to this unfamiliar environment. Elisa has come down and every time she has come with a smile on her face and is eager to help. She is motivated and friendly. We are always very appreciative to have any sort of help and Elisa clearly demonstrates her ability to provide compassionate care in an unfamiliar environment.
