Elizabeth is the first to lend a hand. Despite being in the Quality Department she willingly floats and lends a hand to her colleagues. On this particular day, Elizabeth went out to work on our Progressive Care Unit. One of the patients she cared for on that day noted what a professional, compassionate nurse she is. She ensured that every detail was cared for and that she made him feel like a "person", not a "patient". Her colleagues see her as a selfless nurse who will help everyone to ensure things go well across the hospital.
