I want to tell you how amazing Elizabeth and Kerri were as my Mom's nurses at a dangerous time in my Mom's health. We transferred to ICU when my Mom's lung disease and complications from a recent series of surgeries put her survival in question. The day we transferred was particularly scary as her breathing was deteriorating rapidly. Kerri was our nurse that day (and later as well), and her complete clinical command, comforting presence, and efficiency of movement saved the day. She was just amazing. We believe her presence that day was a big reason my Mom pulled through. Elizabeth was my Mom's nurse in the days that followed. She also demonstrated full clinical knowledge and skill and had a great manner with my Mom. What I also really appreciated about Elizabeth is her recognition, and the confidence to talk with me about, the need for my Mom to work hard at her own recovery. Kerri and Elizabeth are absolute super stars!
