My brother who was in the ICU in extremely critical condition for a period of three weeks. I was present on the floor daily for the first two weeks. The nursing care and attention he received while on the ICU was exemplary. Elizabeth's compassion and sympathy are real and natural. She proactively took the time to clearly and concisely explain in detail my brother's status, medicines, and procedures.
As a patient advocate with 40 years of close peripheral professional experience with physicians, nursing, and hospital settings, I had many questions. My questions were always answered in a factual, straightforward manner with no offense intended on my part and none taken on her part.

The remarkable thing is her relentless attention to her patients at all times. Her attention to detail great and small was acute. Even when she carried multiple patients she was always on her feet caring for, checking on, watching and listening. She was like a hawk on my brother! This attention did not diminish as my brother's condition stabilized.
