When I first arrived, I was somewhat apprehensive because I did not know what to expect or how I would be treated. (I had some bad experiences in other hospitals). But my fears were soon put to rest as the nurses’ skills were demonstrated so well and how well I was being treated. The care and concern for my health and comfort were exceptional. There were other patients who were in serious medical condition yet I still received immediate attention to all my needs.
I want to thank Liz for her patience in instructing me and counseling me in the proper obedience to doctor’s directives and to be obedient in taking prescribed medications. I have posted on the refrigerator the “When I should call my Doctor” card as promised. There is a phrase in the book “The Road Less Traveled” where it says, “Don’t tell me what you know until I know you care”. It was obvious to me that Liz really and truly cared. That is the reason I gave her my full attention.
Thank you Liz for the wonderful care I received.
