From the moment I was taken into my room after surgery, Elizabeth made me and my wife feel comfortable. She has been patient, sympathetic to my situation, and made sure to explain what would be happening during my care and what to expect from it. She even attended my wife making sure she was comfortable, bringing water to her as well as offering food when she knew she needed it. Elizabeth seems to love what she does; she is always smiling and laughing with all the patients and family members about ways to improve their recovery. She also educates other nurses on procedures like the drain I had in my leg and how to give my blood back to me and why.
Let me just say I hate being in the hospital but she has made my stay this time very pleasant and comfortable she even made me pitchers of tea because I told her I like drinking tea and water. She didn't have to take the time to do that but she did. I wish I could find all the words to express my gratitude and so everyone can understand how amazing she is. I wish every nurse was like her, always positive and smiling and knowledgeable.
