Ellen’s attitude was always so cheerful and vibrant
Getting diagnosed with PBL was definitely the scariest, most alone time I have ever felt. Especially being alone at the hospital without visitation because of COVID going on, but then I met Ellen Carson. Every step of the way, Ellen’s attitude was always so cheerful and vibrant, she gave me a little hope. I had to come to the hospital every three weeks for five days to get chemo and I always looked forward to the days Ellen was my nurse. Don't get me wrong, all the nurses that helped me during this time were great, but Ellen always went above my expectations and just felt like I was going to make it. Now, almost done with my sessions, I am almost sad because I won't see her anymore. That light Ellen carries with her will be missed but I know she is doing what she loves. Thank you Ellen very much!
