Ellie has done an amazing job at making us as parents feel comfortable with leaving our child in her care. Our child is nonverbal so we do not like to leave him alone. Ellie has gone way out of her job to express to us her passion for our son. She has taken the time to remind us to take a break and get coffee, to go out and sit down to eat and not just grab fast food. Reminding us to relax and destress as parents. It's her sole job to take care of patients but to go out of her way and make sure the parents are taken care of and don't get lost in the cares makes a big difference. We have been coming to Children's for over 11 years and we have not had a nurse that showed as much concern to the parents as she does her patient. This makes a big difference and could not thank Ellie enough for going out of her way and thinking of us as well. Thank you!!!
