Elroy always demonstrates deep, genuine empathy for each and every one of his patients. His patience is seemingly boundless, both towards patients and colleagues who present challenges. His clinical skills are incredibly polished and he is able to simultaneously perform interventions with finesse while providing reassurance and comfort. He is the consummate leader and as such, he leads by his admirable example. He is never "too busy" to take the time to effectively educate and provide hands-on training to one of the RNs or CNAs under his charge. And perhaps most important of all, Mr. Harris seems to have an infinite wellspring of positivity from which to draw and inspire others. I am so grateful for his leadership and inspiration.
