Hope this email finds you well. I was a patient at JFK Rehab. I stayed there for approximately a month. During my stay, you were the night shift charge nurse. I have been thinking about you all the time after I was discharged from JFK Rehab. I wanted to thank you for everything you have done. Your kindness and sincere caring made everything better. Thank you so very much for taking care of me and being so skilled at what you do. After the COVID-19 pandemic started in mid-March, no family members were allowed to visit. I would be pretty upset sometimes. You have been so patient and empathetic. Each little conversation with you was a great encouragement to me. It felt like you were a bi-sister that was always there supporting me.
I probably have mentioned to you that I would come back to JFK Rehab again for my legs. Now I already have my surgery scheduled, which is next week.
