Eman is very nice. Without her knowing it, she was able to calm me down and reassure me, and she is keen to do her job to the fullest. Eman is smiling/friendly and she is aware of her work. Since the first day of admission, I was very worried and thinking about what they will do and how they are going to deal with my daughter’s condition. Eman met me and explained to me what would happen and she introduced herself. She also gave instructions regarding the safety of my child, sleep, food, temperature, and hygiene.

Eman is always smiling, breaking any barriers of fear or hesitations. She does not leave the room until she makes sure that everything is fine, and if I press the call bell she always responds quickly. On our last day here, we had to take a urine sample to do an analysis for my daughter. We were trying for long hours, but no attempt was successful until when she came, she cleaned my daughter and the sample bag correctly, it took a few minutes to do but it was very successful. I thank her for her dedication to her work and I thank those who chose her to work here.
