Nurse Emily is a highly competent, caring professional in every regard, as she puts her vast nursing skills in place for her unwell patients. With empathy, she tenderly acknowledges the pain and discomfort my grandson exhibits time after time. She listens with care and responds with information that lessens her fears and concerns. She is never too busy or unwilling to do undesirable tasks, such as cleaning up after an accident.

She brings her best qualities to work. She pays attention to details, communicates very well, and is patient with him even when he is a bit rude and in a lot of pain. She is easy to be around and makes us feel welcome and important. He requests her to be his nurse because he trusts her, and she makes him feel safe and comfortable.
