Caitlin was our nurse the morning S came into the ICU from the ER. He was just put on life support and on continuous dialysis and MULTIPLE IV drips with double pneumonia and heart failure. I (S's wife) was so scared because we were given 20% for S to live. We have almost been married for 3 years, and I wasn’t ready to let him go. Caitlin talked to me and helped me through this difficult time. I can’t even explain how much Caitlin helped me that day So MUCH, just showing so much compassion. But also she was a huge part in keeping my husband alive, she didn’t rest. She was so alert, constantly moving and making sure he was getting the care he needed. She is absolutely a big part of why S is alive today! I can’t thank her enough! Thank you Caitlin, I will forever be thankful for you!

Emily was S’s nurse for the last 3 days we were in the ICU, and she was very helpful and supportive as well. Even though S was out of the woods, if anything, she was a big part of helping him lift his spirits. Emily lit up the room and joked with S, she definitely helped him through some really tough days. Emily was so good at asking how I was and making sure I was doing well, at the same time making S happy for the first time in a week and a half after coming out of a coma. S and I just appreciate her knowledge, consistency, and compassion. Thank you, Emily, we appreciate you so much! Keep up the good work, girl!
