Emily Haynes exhibited compassion, professionalism, and excellence every minute that she was in my presence. I was admitted to the medical-surgical floor due to infected chronic wounds that required surgery. Emily provided ample education on dressing changes, treatments, and ways to alter my daily activities after his surgical procedure. Emily was extremely compassionate and took my pain in consideration in every movement she made while handling my wound. I know it bothered her almost as much as it hurt me.
After many, many dressing changes and hours of encouragement during therapy, Emily was my personal coach during incremental stepping-stones toward my recovery. She went out of her way to request the best possible care at my acute rehab facility after being discharged.
