Emily was very professional yet extremely friendly. My mother is legally blind and Emily was very good with her in every way, especially helping her to the bathroom. In addition, she was very patient in dealing with my mother. Due to my mother's impaired vision, she needed a special aid for the "call bell." Emily stayed past the end of her shift to set it up and make sure my mother was able to call for a nurse if necessary.
The best way to explain how Emily treated my mother is to say that she treated her as though she was her own mother! I cannot imagine how Emily could improve to make better in dealing with the patients. We are indeed very fortunate to have her working in our local hospital!
