I was having a mental breakdown, the day of my admission. Emma Frederick sat with me, let me cry so hard, and hugged me. She was very comforting during the horrible experience. She then was my nurse most of the time. She was always smiling and made sure I had all I needed including pain control. I needed a third surgery for my knee since June. She made my stay a very comforting one. I trusted and loved all of my nurses that cared for me. I am a retired nurse and Emma's whole heart is in all she does for her patients. I would not have stayed if it weren't for her. She saved me in more ways than one. This nurse goes above and beyond their duty. My love I send to them.
