Emma was always professional, a thorough and conscientious worker, caring and knowledgeable about her nursing skills as well as the hospital practices and procedures. I observed how the staff respected her and she returned respect. Emma provided assistance to her coworkers whenever they requested. She is knowledgeable and a team player and most of all enjoys performing daily nursing care. She is compassionate and concerned about patients' families' welfare.
Emma stayed two hours past her scheduled shift to make sure her patient's needs were met. She is an exemplary nurse and possesses all of the qualifications for a DAISY Award recipient who is deserving of such an honor for performing outstanding nursing care.
