I would like to thank Enrico from the bottom of my heart for providing great care to my late mom. When my mother was admitted to ICU, me and my brother were very afraid and lost. We didn't know if she would survive this admission. Enrico was a Nurse Leader on the day of my mom's admission. He welcomed us to the unit and took his time to explain every procedure that was done to my mom. Every time we saw him, he would be so kind and compassionate and asked about our mom and if we needed anything. Our stay in the ICU was great! We saw lots of pain and suffering in the ICU, but because of such kind people like Enrico, we felt at ease. We would like to say "Thank you" to Enrico and the whole ICU team for providing great care to my mom! God Bless.
