Epsie treated all of us like family. She took excellent care of our father, and her professionalism was exemplary. We were very blessed to have her. She is the personification of Healthcare excellence.

Our father had bad COPD and other issues which caused kidney failure. Epsie was the most wonderful, caring nurse I have ever met. She went out of her way to ensure my father was as comfortable as possible and asked if we were all okay during the process.

She took care of everything I needed on her shift. She was very attentive and eased my mind about my stay.

Epsie never complains and has a fantastic bedside manner. She had a tricky section, and what would have had other nurses drowning, she pushed through it with a smile on her face. She supported her patients and her techs the best way she could. Despite how heavy her section was, she treated all her patients with dignity and respect.
