Eric has been helpful with my dad. My dad is not able to move his legs. Eric is there all the time we need him. Eric took really good care of my dad. My dad is incontinent and unable to move his legs and Eric was there every time we needed him, even as often as every 10 minutes. Eric helped with everything, making sure my dad was moved frequently and cleaned up well. Eric went above and beyond to try and communicate with my dad who only speaks French. Eric would try to say a couple words in French and would try to communicate with hand gestures and drawings so my dad can understand what was going on with him. We were grateful for Eric's attentiveness. Most people would wait for a translator but he tried to reach out to my dad and communicate.

Eric is one of the best nurses, always willing to go over and beyond his duties as a nurse. He has one of the best attitudes. I've never seen him mad or upset. Always with a smile on his face. Willing to work with all patients even when they aren't his. Just a wonderful individual. He makes others laugh- sings and dances thru the hallways. He brings joy to our day. Outstanding personality, he is the type of person that makes the best come out of our day, if you're having a bad day he's the best picker upper.

I was in the patient room cleaning it when I overheard Eric talking to the patient. It was Mother's Day. The patient said her daughter was downstairs and had a gift for her. Apparently the daughter was too young to come up and Eric had to tell her he was sorry but she couldn't come up. Eric left the room and said he would be back in a few minutes. The patient was visibly upset. Next thing I know, Eric came into the room with a wheelchair and said to the patient, "Lets go see your daughter". He took time out of his busy day to go out of the way for this patient.
