Erica has qualities that very few have. She makes the patient feel comfortable and happy.
Nurse Erica has so many wonderful qualities. First, her knowledge of medicine is very outstanding. She comes into your room with a great smile to ask if she can do anything for you. Second, she does her nursing duties with speed and accuracy. There is no wasteful time in her duties. Her knowledge of her job makes it look like she knows all aspects of her duties. Erica has qualities that very few have. She makes the patient feel comfortable and happy. Her smile is very contagious. To those who wish to have a great nurse while in the hospital then Erica is that person. My wife and I have great admiration for her. She will not be forgotten.
