Erica embodies the Makes it Easy service standards to our patients by being a champion on the POC process for those who have gone through a pregnancy loss without making the situation even more difficult. From personal experience, Erica has been able to connect with our fetal demise patients in a way that is helpful to them and enriching. She strives to make even a small difference for them. With being one of the champions in the RMR region, she has helped to revamp the process, forms, and education surrounding POC not only at her local hospital site but also helped to streamline the process across all 5 hospitals to ensure that the patients' experience during this stressful and tragic time is as positive and easy as possible by coordinating with lab & funeral homes.
