Erika took care of me during my urgent ectopic surgery. As her colleague, I knew immediately when I was in an emergency situation that I trusted her nursing care and judgement. When asked by management who I wanted to be my nurse in this vulnerable time, I chose her as my circulator without hesitation. She is a reliable, educated, confident, and caring nurse. She made me feel safe and taken care of at a time in life when I was very scared despite my demeanor. She went above and beyond to care for me during my case and for MONTHS following. She has consistently checked on me and made sure I was feeling okay emotionally and physically following my procedure. Erika has become more than a colleague to me.
