Erika was amazing with my husband, J. He had two hospital stays, and Erika was great with him both times. The second time, in particular, she went out of her way and asked her supervisor if she could take J outside for some fresh air since he was just so overwhelmed by being sick and in the hospital again. Her supervisor approved it, and they spent some time in the sun on a beautiful fall day. His disposition changed, and he stopped crying just by receiving some extra attention, which she normally did not have to do. She went out of her way in many ways throughout his stay, and when we left the hospital, J cried with tears of gratitude. Erika shows her patients that she cares in many ways.
