In December 2015, I had a life-altering illness due to pneumonia and almost died; then the same thing again a year later, and Erin was on duty both times. I've had to go back to the Emergency Room a couple of times since and she was always there for me. Recently, I had to have an EGD and a Colonoscopy; I saw the DAISY brochure and I immediately thought of Erin. She was always the same kind, helpful, knowledgeable nurse every time when I was there. She has started IVs on me and I never even knew she was sticking me at all. She has an awesome bedside manner, just chatting about everyday things to help make me feel at ease. Even when I came in with a very low Oxygen Saturation level, she never acted as if she was tense or panicky, which in turn kept me calm. Erin is kind, knowledgeable and helpful, not only to me but to my family as well.
