Erin is a very caring person. As a leader, she takes into consideration not only our professional responsibilities but also our personal responsibilities when making decisions about things. She encourages work/life balance and mimics it as much as possible for herself. She takes time to get to know each one of her colleagues on a personal level. She engages each person individually and gives him or her undivided attention. She has helped our department reach out and give to others within our organization and outside our organization. She has supported our team in multiple food drives. She has arranged for our team to volunteer at the Mid-Ohio food pantry and at the Ronald McDonald house. This has brought our team closer and encouraged each of us to become leaders within our communities. Erin is not afraid to step up and speak up when it comes to what is right and necessary whether it is for a colleague, physician or patient. She gives of herself without question and always has a smile to share. She asks for nothing more than what she herself would give. Erin is a truly inspirational person and I have the privilege and honor of calling her my Boss! She rolls with the punches, laughs when we all need it and holds us accountable as necessary.
