I went into surgery to take care of my left trigger finger. One member of this great team was Fabio. He was so patient, very educated and so nice to take all preparations for surgery. His customer service and patient care are outstanding. I have had a couple of surgeries here at Long Beach VA Hospital, but Fabio's care has been one of a kind. I know he ran the extra mile for and with me. His knowledge and care made me feel a lot more comfortable during this painful procedure. When I was so nervous, he walked me through everything, including the expectations for before and aftercare.
I'm so blessed having Fabio on board this team. I was so nervous and scared that tears came out of my eyes but Fabio was there standing right next to me to dry my eyes/tears and asked me if I wanted to play some music to make me feel better. I hope the best for this team and thank you, Fabio, for being such a great person.
