I do not think that my words are enough to thank sister Faten. I am very grateful for her care for my children. She was like family to them. She tried her best to make sure that every service given to them is perfect. She is a great listener to their needs. She has given all her time and effort. I have never seen my kids so happy all because of her love, care, and support. That is why I nominate her for this award for her distinguished love and support.

For more than 15 years, I used to visit KKUH and I visited specialties there. I found that all staff nurses are caring, loving, and compassionate to all its visitors from elderly people to infants. They are truly Angels of Mercy. I would like to nominate Faten for being part of this amazing team and for every smile she draws on her patient’s faces. Showing her care to us and letting us feel that we are loved and part of their family make us feel less pain with all the procedures that we undergo in the hospital. They are not just doing their job they love their work. Thank you Angel of Mercy for what you are doing for your patients.
