This is the second time I have had the pleasure of meeting Fatima at the hospital. The first time was a year ago when I came in for my blood results, and today, I was here for an iron infusion. On both occasions, Fatima showed exceptional skill and perseverance. What truly sets her apart, however, is her kindness and the way she approaches her work with a genuine, heartfelt attitude. Fatima always greets us with a warm smile, treats everyone with kindness, and reassures us in a way that makes a difficult experience feel a little bit easier. Today, when I walked in for my treatment, she made me feel like part of her family. She took the time to explain each step of the process and showed great skill while inserting the cannula. Her dedication and compassion are a rare combination, and I feel truly grateful to have been in her care.
