Over and Above Awesome Nurse! Felicia came in Mom's room with a beautiful smile, so friendly, helpful, very compassionate and most of all very gentle with my mom. After being in the hospital for a few days and at her age Mom was quite confused, scared, and uncomfortable. We had a very rough night, then Felicia came in and was so caring and took gentle care with Mom, like she was her mother! Felicia demonstrated clinical skills and the utmost compassion for the very confused patient she had for that day.

Felicia was not bothered to take care of a confused, trying elderly patient. She embraced the challenge with open arms! We had some issues and Felicia took notes and assured me they would be addressed. My family and I appreciate her compassion for our mother. Thanks.
