My husband has been admitted into the hospital here at Bartow Regional Medical Center twice within a month. He has been assigned to many different nurses. All the staff has been wonderful. However, we both would like to recognize Ms. Felicia Carrier. She has such a pleasant bedside manner. She genuinely cares about her patients and displays a great professional demeanor. I had to leave my husband at the hospital several times and never had anything to worry about. She cared for his every need, no request or procedure was ever beneath her. She is definitely an asset to your hospital. She has made our stay less worrisome. She's an angel sent from above.
