Flavie is the best caring Nurse. She feels like one of my own family members. She is very confident in her skills and knowledge. Flavie treated our mom like she was her own mother.

We (family members) were hesitant to transfer our mother to Rehab. However, on the first night, we got such a warm welcome from Flavie and the nursing staff. We felt our mother was getting such good care. It was like she was at home. Flavie was very attentive to my mother. She answered our questions and this put us at ease.

Everyone was so loving and caring while showing real professionalism at this beautiful facility. Most of our family members work in the healthcare field and are so close to my mother. One family member left his urgent care practice to care for my mother, so we know what quality care looks like. We all witnessed good quality care at this facility with really knowledgeable professionals. They provided excellent care. This made us feel proud. Again, thanks to everyone working in the Medical Surgical Unit at UM Rehab.
