Frances Canlas is so much more than her title here at work. She is an RN but when needed she will play the role of PCA, housekeeping, and a greeter on the floor, she can be in so many places at one time. There is not a person on this floor or in this hospital that she will walk past without speaking to or smiling at them. She acts as the charge nurse when others are busy without a negative word. She takes care of her patients but will make sure all the patients on the floor are taken care of. She also takes care of her team.
When Frances is on the floor no one works harder than she does. She always asks everybody on her team if they are doing okay or need help. She is always ready and willing to jump in whenever she is needed for her team. Whenever Frances works she always makes sure the staff is good and the patients are safe and comfortable. I can honestly say that Frances is the true definition of a hard worker and a dedicated team member. She is such a joyful person and a breath of fresh air. She always keeps her team happy and energized, and a team like that always works best together.
