It has been three years since we first met her, and we still vividly remember the incredible care she provided. After giving birth in this hospital via an emergency C-section, my baby was placed in the NICU. When our baby was later roomed in with us, my husband and I could not really forget the superb help and care she showed us. We struggled with cup-feeding and breastfeeding, as first-time parents often do.

She stood out because of her extraordinary patience and dedication. Call us "makulit," she took the time to repeatedly teach us the basics of caring for our baby—breastfeeding, cup-feeding, and more—never showing any sign of frustration despite our many questions. Her passion and extreme patience made all the difference during a very stressful time.

Even after we were discharged, she went the extra mile by answering our questions over messages, always making time for us. When my sister delivered her baby, we also looked for her since ideally, we preferred her to take care of my nephew as well. Unfortunately, she was not available at that time. As you can see, this nurse is so special to us. Imagine the span of 3 years; we will always remember her exemplary care in this institution. And my husband always tells me, when we give birth again at MMC, we will certainly look for her!
