Francisco consistently strives to be the best nurse at all times. He comes to work always with a smile on his face despite any personal problems he may be experiencing. Francisco never fails to lend a hand even when the patients are not his. Yesterday he came onto his night shift (his 3rd night on) to a chaotic unit. He immediately jumped into "nurse" mode and assisted in whatever needed to be done. No questions asked and of course with a smile on his face. Not only did he help the staff, but he also helped de-escalate a parent who was upset. This was not unnoticed by the parent either. They were in a difficult situation leaving their daughter alone in the hospital, but Francisco calmed the patient and parent when not even the OA or security could get her calm. He goes above and beyond and it's about time he gets recognized even though he will say it is just part of his job.
