Frank consistently incorporates each component of our hospital's core values into his daily routines. Honoring his personal as well his professional commitments. Prior to the October super storm, Frank safely placed his family in a hotel and traveled to the hospital the night before his shift began. Without fail, Frank has a 'can do' attitude. Whatever the task, he doesn't procrastinate but moves quickly and expeditiously as evidenced by my own experience as well as positive feedback from covering managers.

Recently Frank received a call back from a newly discharged patient. She had many questions regarding her discharge instructions and medications. Over several hours, Frank retrieved her medical record, reviewed her medications, contacted the responsible physician and followed up with the patient to ensure all her questions were answered.
