Gail is on the spot whenever you need. My sister can't move her legs; she just got off the respirator. She has a colostomy bag. It leaked and Gail was right on top of it, not to have the fluid on my sister's leg. She cleaned her up, changed her gown and bed then proceeded to clean the floor etc. She is very patient and understanding of my sister.
Gail is an exceptional nurse, "Johnny on the spot" no matter what the reason. She deserves the DAISY Award! Gail also made sure that my sisters and I were made comfortable and brought coffee to us, without even asking. She knew we were upset over my sister's condition and Gail not only took care of her, but was there for us as well. God Bless. I'm here because my sister almost died and your doctors and nurses pulled her through.
