Gail Jenkins came to our hospital as a traveler, and we are hopeful she will return to us next season! After over 2 decades of excellence in nursing and 2 nominations, Gail Jenkins is honored with the DAISY Award.

"Gail's attentiveness to my mother was heartwarming. I was typically with my mother 8-10 hours a day so I was able to observe many nurses. She checked on mom hourly, even when there was no specific nursing care to be given. Gail caught medication problems and saw to it that all hospital requirements were adhered to. She was cheerful and encouraging at all times and responded quickly when needed. Gail gives a patient peace of mind that they are getting the best care."
