I think Gary is excellent in everything he does for his patients. He takes excellent care of my brother. I can't say enough about him.
***
Gary was extraordinary in caring for my dad. He was always attentive, caring, professional, thorough, and always with a fantastic sense of humor. We couldn't have asked for anyone better than Gary.
***
Gary has been my dad's nurse. We have had many nurses throughout the past several years as my dad is 91. Gary has been outstanding in every way possible. I don't usually write about someone but Gary is professional, kind, and caring. He goes above his scope of caring. His sense of humor helps in a grave situation. He is truthful about the patient yet hopeful. He has affected my entire family. He is there attending to my dad's every need. He keeps us informed and doesn't mind answering any of our questions even if he has to repeat them several times. He is a role model for others.
***
Gary cared for my father on his first day in ICU. His presence was so reassuring to me and I knew my father was in the most compassionate, capable hands. He took the time to get to know me and my siblings and was a great support to us as well as to my dad. He was outgoing, humorous and extremely professional. I felt very safe when Gary was caring for my father. When I thanked him for all he had done for my dad, he simply said, "you don't have to thank me, I love what I do". Well, to this family it certainly shows! Thank you, Gary!
